Wayne Simprini

He spent 35 years in the orthopedic industry, where he founded two successful orthopedic supply companies. Upon retiring from the medical device industry in 2007, he became a full time Realtor in Portsmouth, Aland Realty, while continuing to consult within the orthopedic device industry.

Wayne has spearheaded the development of numerous commercial and residential properties in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. Most notable was the restoration of The Custom House (former U.S. Post Office and Federal Courthouse), an iconic Portsmouth landmark.

He has been very active in the Portsmouth and New Castle communities, sitting on numerous boards and serving as the New Castle School and Town Moderator for over 30 years.

He is a member of the Plymouth State University President’s Advisory Board, and sits on the Board of the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD) annual East West Football game. In 2017 Wayne founded the first medical device sales program in a public university in the nation. As an appointee to the New Hampshire Business Finance Authority, and a Corporator at Piscataqua Savings Bank, he provides invaluable institutional knowledge and experience. Among his clients are the Archdiocese of New Hampshire and the Salvation Army of greater Portsmouth.
