“Leadership comes from within, inspires others, and becomes a collective force that drives transformative social change.”
What defines a truly great leader? What drives them? What is it that makes them stand up in the crowd to inspire others? These are the questions that inspired Jack Heath and Dr. Deb Osgood to partner up and create the book Kick-Ass Leadership. Together, they created a mission to not just discover what makes today’s great leaders tick, but explore how YOU can learn from them to become a better leader! After meeting the six leaders featured in their book and hearing their stories, they knew they had to keep this conversation going. Through the Movers & Shakers radio show, they continue their mission, inviting a different leader from a different background on the show each week to learn what drives them, what they are passionate about, and how they are moving and shaking things up to bring about positive change.
