Erin Connor is a licensed Occupational Therapist, currently employed as a Tenured Professor at Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, Ma for the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. Additionally, she works at Westborough Behavioral Health Hospital as an Occupational Therapist. Erin holds a Masters degree from Lesley University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a specialization in trauma studies. Erin has almost 20 years experience working in the mental health field and specializes in trauma-informed work with individuals, groups, and families. She consults with local schools and agencies regarding trauma-informed learning and has presented at local, national and international conferences. Additionally, Erin helps run a non-profit organization in Worcester called Love Your Labels aimed at supporting queer youth and developing community resources to eliminate bias, stigma and shame (www.loveyourlabels.org). The organization has been recognized for its innovative programming and outreach and has become an active force in advocacy and community development for the city of Worcester. Erin is a proud Worcester resident, and strong advocate for equity, compassion, and community.
