Erin Connor

Erin Connor is a licensed Occupational Therapist, currently employed as a Tenured Professor at Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, Ma for the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.  Additionally, she works at Westborough Behavioral Health Hospital as an Occupational Therapist. Erin holds a Masters degree from Lesley University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a specialization in trauma studies.  Erin has almost 20 years experience working in the mental health field and specializes in trauma-informed work with individuals, groups, and families. She consults with local schools and agencies regarding trauma-informed learning and has presented at local, national and international conferences. Additionally, Erin helps run a non-profit organization in Worcester called Love Your Labels aimed at supporting queer youth and developing community resources to eliminate bias, stigma and shame ( The organization has been recognized for its innovative programming and outreach and has become an active force in advocacy and community development for the city of Worcester.  Erin is a proud Worcester resident, and strong advocate for equity, compassion, and community.
