Joining Dr. Deborah and Jack next on Movers & Shakers is Christina Danforth, founder and co-owner of HR Jetpack. Christina, SHRM-SCP and SPHR, is a learning and development specialist specifically focused on driving career growth for HR professionals. After working in HR for over a decade, Christina realized that her true passion wasn’t just working in HR but for supporting the positive development of her HR peers. As a result, she decided to start her own business training HR professionals around the globe. She also taught the SHRM Certification Exam Prep Course at Central CT State University for several years, served as a Vice President of the HR Association of Central CT, and as the Program Director on the board of the CT SHRM Council.
