Joining Dr. Deborah and Jack on Movers & Shakers is Ky Nguyen! As a refugee from Vietnam, Ky came to America when he was a child and was adopted, along with his four older siblings, by a family in the Boston area. Growing up, he was raised to work hard, be honest, study and get a good education. He paid his own way through college working a variety of jobs in everything from landscaping to banking, and eventually graduated from John Caroll University with a degree in Business Information Systems. Today, Ky is an IT Engineer for the U.S. Government. He supports over 200 people in his role and gets to do work that he loves every day. He hopes that his story will prove that anything can be achieved if you put in the effort and inspire others to pursue their dreams.
